16. Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership
All content, including but not limited to website designs, logos, trademarks and source code, is owned exclusively by Kahnawake Bingo. Any reproduction of these materials without prior consent from us will be treated as copyright infringement subjecting users or third parties involved to financial penalties up to $1000.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all liability for losses resulting from our Services including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages or other liabilities arising in connection with your use of these services whether in breach of contract or otherwise.
